Permanent & Contract Search Options:

  • Fully managed interview process complete with pre-interview preparation including a breakdown of the candidate’s; motivations, career objectives, current salary/day rate/future expectations and lifestyle preferences.
  • Candidate and Client interview feedback facilitated in the form of a written document completed by the candidate and submitted directly to you as a client.
  • Assistance throughout the offer and acceptance process, covering resignation and the classic counter-offer with the candidate.
  • Salary/date rate surveys and competitor analysis.
  • Employment process feedback in order to streamline your own internal strategy.
  • On-boarding support and Post-Placement care.
